Is it genuinely free? Could I win money?
It’s free. IoT Arabi has no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or prizes of money or real-world value. In-game credits are virtual.
Do I have to sign in to play?
Yes. Browsing the library is open to everyone, but opening a game needs you to sign in or create a free account, by email or with Google.
A game won’t load or looks squashed
Press “Reload game” above the game, then try “Full screen”. Update your browser, make sure nothing is blocking the page, and retry on a steadier connection. Still stuck? Tell us the game, your device and browser.
My credits disappeared
Credits belong to each game and are virtual. If a game keeps its balance in your browser, clearing site data or using a private window can reset it. We’re not able to restore virtual credits.
How do I get a new password?
Visit the forgot password page, enter your email and follow the link we send. If you joined with Google there’s no password; use “Continue with Google”.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My account and choose “Delete my account”. Your details come off our server immediately. You can also ask us via the form.
Who’s allowed to play?
Adults aged 18 or over living in the United Kingdom. The site isn’t meant for under-18s or for visitors elsewhere.
